Returned PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®
The Postal Service returned your PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®.
Here's how to update the address linked with your debit card:
- Click PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®.
- Click Update card address under Card Settings.
- Click Add a new address or Manage existing card address.
- Enter your new address details and click Edit Address.
Here's how to cancel your debit card and request a new one:
- Click PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® under your balance.
- Click Replace or cancel card under Card Settings.
- Select one of the options to let us know why you are canceling or requesting a new card.
- Answer the questions and follow the steps.
The debit card may have been returned for one of the following reasons:
- The address associated with your debit card either hasn't been updated or wasn't updated before the replacement card was mailed.
- The street address has too many characters. For mailing purposes, the maximum characters allowed when entering your address is 24 characters per line. When your street address includes a suite or apartment number, we suggest that you use both address lines to ensure that your address information does not exceed the 24-character line maximum.
