How can I purchase Crypto with my business account? 

Currently, you can only hold Cryptocurrency that you buy through PayPal’s purchasing platform with a Personal PayPal account. 

When will Crypto be available for business accounts?  

At this time, buying, selling and holding Crypto on PayPal is available for Personal PayPal accounts. Please visit our Cryptocurrency page for the latest updates on this service.

What options do I have to be able to purchase Crypto if I have a business account?

There are three options available for you if you have a business account and you would like to purchase Crypto:

• Downgrade your business account to a Personal or Premier PayPal account. To downgrade your business account to a Personal account, please Contact us and a member of our Customer Service team will do this manually.
• Open a Personal or Premier PayPal account with another email. Please visit our Sign-Up page.
• Wait until Crypto is available for business accounts. Please visit our Cryptocurrency page for the latest updates on this service.

Can have more than one PayPal account?

Yes. You can have one Personal account and one business account. Each account must be registered with a unique email address.  

How do I downgrade my business account to a Personal account?

To downgrade your Business account to a Personal account, please Contact us and a member of our Customer Service team will do this manually.
