How do I remove my organization from the PayPal Giving Fund database?

PayPal Giving Fund partners with organizations such as eBay, Meta, GoFundMe, Deed, Twitch, and many more to help charities raise funds and connect with new donors. As a registered charity and Donor Advised Fund, we grant donations made on our partner platforms to the charities recommended by donors.

As a registered charity and Donor Advised Fund, we receive donations through our partner programs and make grants to donors' recommended charities. Using publicly available data from national charity regulators we feature eligible organizations on our database.

  • Enrolled charities can opt-out of individual partner platforms via the PayPal Giving Fund dashboard (updates may take up to 24 hours).
  • Both enrolled and unenrolled charities can request removal from the PayPal Giving Fund directory by having an authorized representative contact us. We will then inactivate your profile and remove your charity from our directory and partner platforms.

Outstanding grants of donated funds will be paid to your organization per our policies upon removal from our directory unless you request otherwise. You can find out more about how we grant funds to charities here.
